PLAYER REGISTRATION

Registration for 2025/26 Season

Player Registration is now open for the 2025/26 Season for all teams.

Note: We have a new player registration process for the new season!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Before completing the registration form you will need to:

1. Read the FA Codes of Conduct for Players and Parents HERE: You will be required to confirm your agreement to abide by these codes of conduct.

2. A recent passport-style photo of the player: This is required by the FA in order to register players with the League. You will need to upload the photo during the registration process.

3. *New to the Club players only*: A copy (photo) of the photo page of the players passport: This is required by the FA to verify the players age. If the player doesn't have a passport; please contact secretary@botleyfootball.com for guidance on alterative options. Note: our online administrative system is fully GDPR compliant and all personal data is securely held.

PLAYER REGISTRATION

CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH MYCLUB PRO

Before you can register a player you first need to create an account with MyClub Pro:

1. Click the button below

2. Click 'Create New Account"

3. Enter your email and complete the short form; then click "REGISTER"

4. Check for a confirmation email and click the link to "Confirm Your Account"

CREATE ACCOUNT

or click "LOG IN" in the main menu

REGISTER YOUR PLAYER

Once you have created an account with MyClub Pro you can now register players for the new season:

1. Login to your MyClub Pro account

2. Select "Child Player Registrations" from the menu (NOT:"register as a player")

3. Click "Register New Player" and complete the registration form

4. Click "Register" to complete registration

or click "LOG IN" in the main menu

PAY YOUR SUBS

Once you have registered your player please pay your subs asap by Bank transfer to:

Wildcats: £80

U7-U10: £125

U11-U16: £165

*£10 family discount: If paying for more than one player from the same family please deduct £10 from the total.

HOW TO REGISTER

We are using MyClub Pro for our registration process this season. To register a player, please follow this simple 3 step process:

1. CREATE AN ACCOUNT
*NOTE: Everyone must first create a new account with MyClub Pro before they will be able to login*
Click the REGISTER NOW button at the top of this page to go to the Login/Create New Account page.
1. Look for the "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT..." section (it's below the LOGIN section)

2. Enter your email address and click NEXT
2. Complete the short form to create your account and password and click REGISTER
3. Check your emails and click the link to CONFIRM ACCOUNT

2. REGISTER PLAYERS:
1. Login to your account (click here)
2. Select CHILD PLAYER REGISTRATIONS from the menu (not: "register as a player"!)
3. Click REGISTER NEW PLAYER, complete the registration form, and click REGISTER

3. MAKE PAYMENT:

Once the registration has been approved by the CLUB you will receive an email request for payment. Click the link and then:
1. Login to your account
2. Click MY PAYMENTS from the menu.
3. Click SET UP DIRECT DEBIT MANDATE and complete the form.
4. Click PRODUCTS and select the correct subscription for your team and click CONFIRM & BUY
*IMPORTANT: If you are unable to pay the full cost up front, please indicate this on the Registration Form, and wait for the Club Treasurer to contact you BEFORE making payment. If you have any questions please email treasurer@botleyfootball.com.

Please note:

1. MyClub Pro uses direct debit mandates to take one-off payments.

2. If you are unable to pay the full amount up front, please contact the Club treasurer who will discuss alternative options: treasurer@botleyfootball.com.
3. You only need to set up your account and direct debit mandate once. In future seasons you will just need to complete player registration and make payment.
